Booths 04-05 | Frontgrade
Frontgrade pioneers the future and underpins many of the world’s most critical missions. Our radhard microelectronics empower the world’s leading spacecraft: from leading high throughput commercial communications satellites, earth observation satellites, and manned space, to high priority national security missions, deep space exploration to Mars and beyond, and the latest new space constellations. Our RF transmission and antenna solutions enable space signal transmission, search & surveillance, satellite communications, missile defense radars, missile seekers, electronic warfare systems that keep warfighters safe, and civil aviation radars that ensure the safety of the flying public. Our highly complex motion control products enable satellite solar panel actuation, Mars Rover actuation, and optical steering. Our power management solutions convert and distribute power in the harshest environment.
Booth 31 | Nuclétudes
For more than 55 years, Nuclétudes, subsidiary of ArianeGroup, has been one of the key players in the design of systems evolving in harsh radiation and EM environments
Nuclétudes has acquired a vast and unique expertise in different fields :
Booth 51 | EPC Space
EPC Space provides revolutionary high-reliability radiation-hardened enhancement-mode gallium nitride (eGaN®) power management solutions for space and other harsh environments. Radiation-hardened GaN-based power devices address critical spaceborne environments for applications including power supplies, light detection and ranging (lidar), motor drive, and ion thrusters. EPC Space has been delivering space grade eGaN® discrete devices and modules since 2017. Our products have been in orbit since 2019 with tens of thousands of units on board satellites. Our units are on board satellites flying in LEO and GEO orbit with mission lives of 10+ years.
Booth 50 | Pulscan
PULSCAN is the laser-testing experts company, specialized in industrial turn-key equipment combining optics, electronics, microscopy and software for single-event effects testing, fault injection and failure analysis of integrated circuits using pulsed laser-based techniques. For about fifteen years, PULSCAN products, including the Pulsys equipment and the Pulsbox series of laser sources, provide in-lab SEE testing capabilities for silicon and other semiconductor technologies, from test vehicles to power devices to systems-on-chip, using either single-photon or two-photon absorption techniques, with a user-friendly interface and a reliable design that enable repeatable measurements and mapping of SEEs. PULSCAN also offers laser testing service using its facility near Bordeaux in France, bringing its unique know-how and many years of experience in successful laser testing campaigns to the semiconductor and aerospace industry.
Booth 48 | Radtest
The Radtest Ltd business was founded at Harwell in 2013, originally as part of Aeroflex and then Cobham before becoming independent in 2020.
We are unique in the radiation effects market in offering services to all sectors where the exposure of equipment to ionising radiation may be encountered, including space, nuclear, medical, high-energy physics, defence and industrial applications. The history of our location speaks for our involvement in nuclear power station operations, fuel handling and decommissioning activities. The more recent transformation of the Harwell campus into the UK space cluster, including the National Satellite Test Facility, demonstrates that space is central to our business.
Radtest Ltd has knowledge and experience in the following areas:
With our own cobalt-60 cell for total dose testing and links to many external irradiation facilities, we can offer irradiation with virtually any radiation particle to match your requirements.
